The ADS firm was formed in the year 2006, by Annette D. Smith, with one main goal - to take care of our clients through sound balancing of their books and attentive bookkeeping. After beginning with one client the company has made significant strides by expanding the client base and increasing the current services offered, all while providing the constant professional custom approach to each of our clients’ requirements.

Annette’s service endeavors began in 1987 as an Assistant Controller for a small company. There she gained the respect of the company through her honest and high standards in financing. Her professional character was continued at Coben Inc., dba National Furniture Co. as their Controller for many years.

Today, with over 22 years of attentive experience and a degree from The University of Texas, Annette’s company offers full bookkeeping, payroll and tax preparation services to various types of corporations and small companies.
